LEE WHITRIDGE, MS, LMT holds an M.S. degree in Counseling and Human Systems, is a Licensed Massage Therapist, a NAHA certified Aromatherapy Practitioner, and an approved provider for both the state of Florida (MCE-114-05) and NCBTMB (149453-00). Her lifelong interest in natural health and wellness led her to the Florida School of Massage where, in addition to becoming an LMT, she created and managed the Bookstore.
Certified in Aromatherapy, Lee continues to advance her knowledge of essential oils through ongoing education, including study in France with prominent aromatherapist, Dr. Daniel Penoel. A Florida native, Lee feels passionate about nature and its preservation. She serves on the Board of Trustees of Heathcote Botanical Gardens in her hometown of Ft. Pierce where she and her husband Pete settled after arriving on their sailboat Blue Moon.

Participants will learn:
A fun and informative exploration of the safe and efficacious use of essential oils to support your own health and wellness, as well as enhance your massage practice. Learn about therapeutic properties, routes of application, proper dilution, safety concerns, and aromatherapy resources. Formulate aromatic blends for yourself or your clients. Gain a deeper understanding of aromatherapy and discover how to use essential oils to maintain optimal health, increase immune support, treat pain, and reduce stress. Included are a manual and all materials for making blends which you will take home.
