BRUCE BALTZ, LMT founder of SpiriPhysical® Inc., is a licensed massage therapist in New York and Florida and an internationally recognized educator with over twenty-eight years experience in the fitness and bodywork industry. Bruce has developed Deep Tissue Healing; "The Art of Stone Massage" in 1999 and more recently Active Isolated Stretching (AIS): The Spa Method approved by Aaron Mattes.
Bruce has been studying with Aaron for the past 5 years and has been assisting in workshops and in his clinic in Sarasota, FL. Bruce has accepted a position at Oasis Day Spa as Massage Program Director in New York City while maintaining a private practice focusing on AIS as a clinical practitioner.

Participants will learn:
This class will focus on how to use hot and cool stones in a safe manner for both the client and the therapist. A great deal of time will be spent on body mechanics which will help in extending your chosen path of work. Time will also be spent on proper stone selection and the pressure and speed of the stone application.
Bruce will have handouts for all participants.
